Meet Kelly | Nurse-Led Facial Aesthetics in Reading

Registered Nurse Prescriber. More than 25 years of clinical experience. An approach to facial aesthetics and skin health built around honest advice, thoughtful treatment and natural-looking results.

Hi, I'm Kelly

I'm a Registered Nurse Prescriber with more than 25 years of clinical experience, and my approach to aesthetics is probably a little different from what you might expect.

I don't want you to walk into my clinic and feel as though you're choosing something from a treatment menu.

I want to know what brought you here.

What have you noticed? What keeps bothering you when you look in the mirror or see yourself in photographs? What would you like to change, and what are you worried about changing too much?

Because before I can recommend a treatment, I need to understand you.

My job is then to look at your face and skin clinically, explain what may be contributing to the changes you're seeing and help you understand the options available.

No jargon. No pressure. And no expectation that you should already know what treatment you need.

Integrity in Every Treatment

You want to know you’re in safe hands. Especially when it's your face.

You might have been thinking about treatment for months, perhaps even years, while quietly worrying about whether you'll regret it.

• Will it look obvious?

• Will you still look natural?

• What if you choose the wrong treatment?

• What if you're talked into having more than you actually wanted?

Those concerns are completely understandable.

Choosing an aesthetics practitioner isn't just about finding someone who can perform a treatment.

It's about finding someone you trust to tell you whether you should have it in the first place.

Education has always been at the heart of how I work.

There are more aesthetic and skin treatments available than ever before, which sounds like a good thing until you're the person trying to work out which one you actually need.

Wrinkle treatments. Fillers. Skin boosters. Polynucleotides. Laser. Microneedling. Peels. Collagen stimulators.

It's a lot.

And the treatment that's trending online isn't necessarily the treatment that's right for your face or skin.

That's why I'll explain what has changed, why it may have changed and what each appropriate option could realistically achieve.

I want you to make an informed decision rather than simply agreeing to my recommendation because I'm the professional in the room.

I’d Rather Explain Why Than Simply Tell You What To Book.

It means knowing what to do, and when to stop.

Most of my clients aren't trying to become somebody different.

• They want to soften the line they can't stop noticing.

• Look less tired.

• Improve their skin.

• Restore some definition.

• Address a change that has gradually started bothering them.

And they want to see enough of a difference for treatment to feel worthwhile.

The skill is finding the balance between making a meaningful improvement and maintaining everything that makes your face yours.

That means careful assessment, realistic expectations and sometimes saying no.

If I don't believe a treatment will give you the result you're hoping for, I'll tell you.

If I think there's a better option, I'll explain why.

And if I don't think you need treatment at all, I'll tell you that too.

Natural-looking doesn't mean doing nothing.

Over the years, my approach has evolved beyond looking at individual lines and wrinkles.

Because how your face ages isn't only about injectables. The health and quality of your skin matter enormously too.

Pigmentation, redness, sun damage, collagen loss, thinning skin and changes in texture can all contribute to what you're seeing in the mirror.

That's why Kelly Peel Aesthetics brings together facial aesthetics with advanced skin and laser treatments, regenerative treatments and medical-grade skincare.

Sometimes an injectable is the right answer.

Sometimes improving the skin will make the bigger difference.

And sometimes the best approach is a carefully considered combination of both over time.

One face. One skin. One considered plan.

More Than Aesthetics

I don't want you to feel like you come here to buy a syringe, a laser session or whatever treatment happens to be popular that month.

For many of my clients, our relationship develops over years.

Their skin changes. Their face changes. Their priorities change.

My role is to understand where you are now, help you decide what's worth addressing and adapt your plan as those needs change.

You don't need everything at once.

You don't need every new treatment.

And you certainly don't need to chase every sign of ageing.

You need someone you trust to give you an honest answer when you ask:

“What would actually make a difference?”

A Relationship. Not A Transaction.

Your first appointment starts with a conversation.

• You don't need to know what treatment you want.

•You don't need to know the technical names.

• You don't need to walk through the door committed to having something done.

Just tell me what you've noticed.

• I'll help you understand what's happening.

• What could help and what I believe is genuinely worth considering.
