"I Just Look Tired All The Time"

Sometimes it starts with one thing.

• A frown line that seems deeper.

• The folds around your mouth becoming more noticeable.

• The beginning of jowls.

• A photograph where your face suddenly looks heavier or more tired than you expected.

You may even have found yourself thinking:

• “My face seems to be dropping.”

• “I look cross when I’m not.”

• “These lines around my mouth are getting deeper.”

• “I don't recognise myself in photos anymore.”

• “I want to do something, but I don't want to look overdone.”

You know what you're noticing, you just might not know why it's happening or what would actually help. That's where we start.

What Changes Have You Noticed?

___________

Lines that stay when your face is relaxed?

Frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet can become more noticeable over time as repeated facial movement combines with changes in the skin.

A heavier or less defined lower face?

Changes in facial structure, skin support and volume can contribute to jowls, sagging and a softer jawline.

Deeper lines around your mouth?

Nose-to-mouth lines and marionette lines can become more noticeable as several areas of the face change, which is why simply filling the line itself isn't always the best approach.

Looking tired, cross or older than you feel?

Sometimes it's not one specific line. It's the overall expression you're seeing in photographs or the mirror.

Changes in facial balance?

Loss of volume, changing proportions or areas such as the lips, cheeks and lower face can affect the balance of the face as a whole.

Whatever brought you here, you don't need to diagnose it yourself.

Why does your face change as you get older?

Facial ageing isn't simply about getting more wrinkles. Over time, several things happen at once.

• Collagen and elastin reduce, so the skin becomes thinner and less able to support itself.

• Facial volume changes, with fat pads reducing or shifting in different areas.

• Bone structure gradually changes, altering some of the underlying support of the face.

• Repeated muscle movement creates lines, particularly around the forehead, eyes and between the brows.

• The quality of the skin itself changes, which can make lines, folds and laxity more noticeable.

This is why treating the place where you can see the problem isn't always the same as treating what's causing it.

It’s not about treating every line. It’s about understanding the whole face.

You might arrive convinced that you need filler in one particular area or wrinkle treatment somewhere you've been staring at for the last six months. That's absolutely fine.

But before recommending anything, I'll look at your facial structure, movement, proportions and skin as a whole.

We'll talk about what bothers you, but we'll also look at why you're seeing it.

• Sometimes the treatment you had in mind will be exactly what I recommend.

• Sometimes treating somewhere completely different may create a more natural result.

• Sometimes improving your skin quality first makes more sense.

• Sometimes I'll tell you I don't think you need treatment at all.

You won't be sold a syringe. You'll be given a plan.

Treatments That May Be Considered

Wrinkle Treatments

Used to soften expression lines such as frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet while preserving natural facial movement.

Lip Enhancement

For clients wanting to restore lost definition, improve balance or subtly enhance the lips without creating an overfilled appearance.

Dermal Fillers

Carefully placed dermal filler may be used to restore support, soften particular folds or improve facial proportions where appropriate.

Facial Balancing

Rather than focusing on one feature in isolation, facial balancing considers how different areas of the face work together to create proportion and harmony.

Regenerative & Collagen-Stimulating Treatments

Regenerative treatments for collagen loss & elasticity may form part of the plan rather than relying solely on traditional injectables.

Skin Treatments & Medical-Grade Skincare

Sometimes improving the quality, texture and health of the skin can make as much difference as treating facial structure.

Yes!

The aim isn't to erase every line or make you look twenty years younger.

And natural doesn't have to mean so subtle you can't see any difference.

We'll agree what you're trying to achieve before treatment and I'll be honest about what is realistic.

The goal may be to soften an expression that looks permanently tired or cross.

It might be to restore some definition that has gradually disappeared.

Or simply to make the thing that catches your eye every time you look in the mirror stop being the first thing you notice.

Careful treatment should work with your face rather than compete with it.

Noticeable to you. Not obvious to everyone else.

"But Will I Still Look Like Me?"

What Results Can You Expect?

Because every treatment plan is different, there isn't one result I can promise every client.

Depending on what we decide together, treatment may help to:

• Soften lines and wrinkles

• Reduce a tired or cross appearance

• Restore lost facial support

• Improve definition and balance

• Soften the appearance of jowls or deeper folds

• Improve lip shape or definition

• Support better skin quality

• Create a fresher, more rested appearance

We'll also discuss what treatment cannot realistically achieve. Setting those expectations before we begin is an important part of creating a result you're happy with afterwards.

Your Face Deserves More Than a Guess

You don't need to decide whether you need wrinkle treatment, dermal filler, facial balancing or something completely different before you book.

Come in with the thing you've noticed.

I'll help you understand why it may be happening, explain your options and recommend what I genuinely believe will give you the most appropriate, natural-looking result.
